Purpo se:
The National Bankruptcy Manager is responsible for managing certain national programs under the firm's Bankruptcy Department.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare/manage weekly production reports to provide to Senior Director of Bankruptcy Operations and Director of National Bankruptcy Operations and provide analysis on staffing needs and employee production.
  • Work with Senior Director of Bankruptcy Operations and Director of National Bankruptcy Operations on capacity planning.
  • Oversee national bankruptcy operations, including managing client pipelines, employee production and driving operational efficiencies
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients/processes, establishing training tools and implementing training procedures for new employees
  • Serve as a single point of contact for escalated issues with national bankruptcy clients
  • Participate regularly with clients on regularly set calls regarding pipeline management and escalated issues
Basic Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of Bankruptcy experience with a Law Firm and/or Loan Servicer
  • Must have ability to interpret client systems including LPS/Black Knight
  • Must have extensive Bankruptcy experience
  • Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the
Internet General Competency Factors:
