Prodigy Games is seeking someone to help manage inboud/outbound phone calls, emails, and sometimes random help (not all the time) Most of the job can be done remote, but we would prefer (not required) that applicants are local to the store incase we need something couriered, supply run, etc You will primarily be answering emails, phone calls, and IG/FB messages for the business. The work will scale with your skill sets. Initially you will be directing the communications to the proper assocaites, but our hope is that you will be trained up to eventually respond / or initiate some of these messages.
