Credentialing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credentialing & Provider Enrollment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end credentialing and payer enrollment processes for healthcare providers. This role ensures timely onboarding, regulatory compliance, and accurate payer alignment across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial networks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate initial and ongoing credentialing and recredentialing of providers Prepare & submit enrollment applications to Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers Manage and maintain accurate CAQH profiles, timely attestations and updates Verify provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and affiliations Manage roster updates and portal submissions to ensure network accuracy Track and resolve enrollment-related issues with payers and internal teams Facilitate onboarding of new providers and support organizational transitions Liaise with billing and operations teams to prevent claim disruptions due to enrollment errors. Qualifications High School or Equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes and commercial payers. Experience maintaining CAQH profiles and credentialing databases Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Adobe DC.
