Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract A skilled MRI Technologist is needed for a 13-week assignment, providing expertise in advanced MRI imaging within a high-volume environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a patient-focused team, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
Schedule:
3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Hours:
6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist ARRT (MR) certification required BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume imaging department Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to provide compassionate patient care and maintain a safe imaging environment
Responsibilities:
Operate MRI equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each exam Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers Maintain accurate patient records and equipment maintenance logs Adhere to safety guidelines, infection control practices, and organizational policies at all times Support patient education related to MRI procedures and address any questions or concerns
