Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our growing dental support organization. This hybrid role serves as a key liaison between corporate departments and affiliated dental practices, helping ensure efficient workflows, effective communication, and exceptional operational support. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support daily operational activities across multiple departments and dental practice locations. Monitor operational processes and assist with workflow improvements to enhance efficiency. Maintain accurate records, reports, schedules, and business documentation. Assist with project coordination, implementation of new initiatives, and process updates. Collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and Practice Support teams on operational needs. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. Track project deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Assist with onboarding coordination and administrative support for new team members. Respond to internal inquiries and provide professional support to team members and affiliated practices. Prepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries for management. Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in operations, administration, project coordination, healthcare support, or customer service is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$25.40 - $30.59 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
