Compensation:
$22-$28/hour (based on experience) About the Role Coastal Cruises is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics, scheduling, and execution across our admin and operations teams. This is not a passive coordination role—we're looking for someone who can take ownership of tasks, manage multiple priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks . You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while supporting internal projects. What You'll Be Responsible For Daily Operations & Logistics Manage and maintain scheduling across vessels, crew, and daily operations Support smooth execution of trips, events, and day-to-day logistics Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements Project Support & Execution Assist with planning and executing internal projects across admin and operations Track progress, follow up consistently, and help ensure deadlines are met Escalate issues or delays proactively Task Coordination & Follow-Through Track and follow up on tasks across team members Ensure tasks are completed fully and on time Maintain organized systems for tracking priorities and progress Communication & Coordination Act as a key point of coordination between admin and operations teams Provide clear, timely updates and consistent follow-through What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts High level of accountability and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and follow-up habits Problem-solving mindset with willingness to take initiative Qualifications 1-3 years in operations, coordination, or administrative roles Experience with scheduling, logistics, or team coordination Proficiency with spreadsheets and task management tools Experience in hospitality, tourism, or service-based businesses is a plus What Success Looks Like Schedules run smoothly with minimal errors Tasks are completed on time without repeated follow-up Projects are supported effectively and stay on track Team members are aligned and informed Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Includes weekends and holidays as required by operations Why This Role Matters This role directly impacts the efficiency of our operations, team performance, and customer experience.
