Work Location:

In Person / Field Position Summary Limitless Electric LLC is bringing on a Field Operations Manager to take direct ownership of jobsite execution, install quality, and crew accountability. Based out of our Spring, TX location, you will spend your time in the field evaluating active installations, streamlining daily site workflows, and out-of-state travel (as needed).

Note:

This is an independent contractor (1099) agreement, not a W-2 role. The Role You are responsible for quality and crew productivity in the field. This means inspecting active jobs to fix issues before the city inspector arrives, keeping crews fully staffed and on schedule, and ensuring sales, ops, and admin stay updated on real-time job site progress.

What You'll Do Quality Assurance:

Execute site evaluations for solar, battery, and electrical jobs—handling pre-inspections, punch list items, and re-inspection fixes.

Crew Management:

Direct labor schedules and lead installation teams across several active job sites.

Travel & Market Launch:

Travel out-of-state to audit site quality, assist crews, and support expansion into new territories (As Needed).

Team Alignment:

Communicate daily with sales, admin, purchasing, and operations to align material deliveries, manpower, and job timelines.

Safety & Oversight:

Maintain jobsite safety standards, monitor project timelines, and flag delays or extra costs to management.

What You Need Electrical & Solar Expertise:

Practical background in residential/commercial solar PV and battery installs. (Active Journeyman or Master license strongly preferred)

Code & Inspection Literacy:

Working knowledge of standard inspection workflows and NEC Articles 690, 705, and 706.

Field Leadership:

Proven experience running crews or supervising jobsite operations.

Vehicle & Insurance:

Reliable personal work vehicle and active general liability insurance.

Travel & Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving history, willingness to travel out of state, strong written communication skills, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.

Preferred:

Multi-state work history, NABCEP certification, OSHA 30, or English/Spanish bilingual skills. Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 annual earnings Performance bonus opportunities tied to first-time inspection pass rates and crew efficiency. Real ownership over daily field operations.
