Operations Manager

Position Overview We are seeking a Type A, highly organized and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. At MammoLink, managing a large, field-based team is essential to our daily operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience managing people and driving performance in a fast-paced environment. Healthcare experience is not required —we are looking for someone with proven leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to keep teams accountable and organized. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of mobile units and field staff Manage and support a team of drivers, technicians, and administrative personnel Coordinate scheduling, routing, and logistics across multiple locations Ensure teams are meeting performance goals and maintaining high productivity Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements Maintain organization across multiple moving parts and priorities Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards Qualifications Experience managing a team (preferably large or multi-site teams) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently Experience managing field teams, logistics, or multi-site operations strongly preferred Healthcare experience is not required , but is a plus What We're Looking For A disciplined leader who can be firm and motivate a team for high performance Someone who can manage multiple priorities without losing structure Strong accountability and follow-through A problem-solver who takes initiative A team-oriented mindset with a focus on results

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
