Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory control. Stock shelves with produce, merchandise, and grocery items while maintaining proper signage and pricing. Conduct regular inventory management tasks including stock counts, cycle counts, and updating inventory records. Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and organizing outgoing deliveries. Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning, organizing stock areas, and ensuring safety standards are met. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items, answering questions, and offering product recommendations. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory control tasks. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts. Knowledge of grocery store operations, retail math, merchandising, shipping & receiving processes is advantageous.
