About Us We are a growing healthcare services company providing innovative solutions to physician practices across the country. Our services include Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and diagnostic testing. With our headquarters in Houston, TX, we are seeking a strong leader to oversee our local clinic operations and ensure excellence in patient care, provider satisfaction, and team performance. Position Overview The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supporting technicians across multiple clinic locations in Webster, Pasadena, and Pearland. This role is hands-on and requires frequent travel between clinics. You will ensure services are delivered to the highest standard, oversee day-to-day operations, maintain strong relationships with providers, and step in to support clinical staff as needed. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily clinic operations across multipleTexas locations. Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to technicians delivering RPM, CCM, and diagnostic services (including ANS testing). Ensure all staff follow professional standards for conduct, dress code, and performance. Monitor clinic performance metrics and ensure weekly targets are met. Serve as a point of contact for physicians and clinic staff to maintain satisfaction and strong relationships. Fill in for technicians as needed to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Conduct regular site visits (travel required; company provides car allowance). Communicate regularly with Houston headquarters to align on goals, compliance, and operational updates. Qualifications 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a medical office or healthcare operations setting. Familiarity with EMR systems (E-ClinicalWorks, Athena, Epic, etc.) and medical coding (ICD-10) is a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
