Job Description

Job Summary Our client, a leading SaaS provider, is seeking a PMO & Operations Program Manager to join their Partner Programs and Operations team reporting to the Head of Partner Programs and Operations. Youll spend roughly half your time establishing how the team tracks and manages projects, and the other half personally producing the recurring reporting, data cleanup, and dashboard work that keeps the Partner organization running. Core Responsibilities Audit current and upcoming Partner initiatives and stand up a standardized way to document objectives, scope, owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and status Build and maintain a centralized, portfolio-level view in Smartsheet giving leadership visibility across all major projects, with the ability to drill into individual workstream detail Establish lightweight, practical PMO templates, governance, and operating rhythms; manage workstream owners and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving and surface risks or delays Drive targeted operational projects end to end, including data cleanup and data-quality initiatives, resolving operational backlogs and broken processes directly with stakeholders Build and deliver recurring monthly Partner Operations reporting, gathering, analyzing, and distributing insights, not just coordinating others Translate Partner leaderships reporting needs into clear, actionable requirements for the Tableau build team, acting as requirements and quality-assurance owner for that work Build and maintain dashboards and tracking directly in Smartsheet, identifying reporting gaps and helping prioritize what should be built in Tableau versus handled directly in Smartsheet or Salesforce Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Strong project/program management experience, ideally with prior PMO ownership Advanced proficiency with Smartsheet as a project and program management platform Strong analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience in Salesforce, Tableau, or other BI tools Track record of data cleanup, data quality, and operational analysis work Experience managing several concurrent workstreams without losing visibility into any of them Sharp executive communication and status-reporting instincts Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority over them Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience in SaaS, Partner organizations, Revenue Operations, and/or Sales Operations Comfort using AI tools to speed up documentation, standardization, and analysis Familiarity with partner-ecosystem programs (MDF requests, deal registration, partner portals, etc.) Experience building requirements for a separate BI/dashboard build team Key Competencies & Behaviors Bias toward doing the work directly rather than solely coordinating others Ability to learn unfamiliar processes quickly and start contributing without an extended ramp period Strong structure-building instincts, calibrated to stay lightweight rather than bureaucratic Turns fragmented data and information into clear, decision-ready insight Self-starter comfortable owning both strategic PMO structure and hands-on execution
Work Environment Location:
Remote (must be based in the U.S.)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; personal laptop required
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
