Grade:
9 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $55,200-$67,180 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Execute the design and implementation of outreach programs that highlight Lehigh's academic excellence and facilities
  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for existing and emerging programs
  • Work with campus partners to confirm space, services, and program needs
  • Support participant communications and overall program experience
  • Collect and organize participation data and feedback to support program improvements
  • Provide administrative and project support for the office and initiatives, as assigned
  • Contribute to the development and execution of program marketing efforts
  • Create and update promotional materials, email communications, and social media content, ensuring all messaging aligns with Lehigh Brand Guidelines
  • Maintain program websites and online registration platforms
  • Respond to participant inquiries and support enrollment processes
  • Track basic engagement and registration metrics for review by leadership
  • Assist with tracking program expenses and maintaining budget records
  • Help prepare basic financial summaries, documentation, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with campus partners on program costs and resource needs
  • Support compliance with protection of minors policies, including tracking required documentation
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and timekeeping for student staff
  • Help ensure required background checks and training are completed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing or a related field
  • One to three years of related work experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Attention to detail

  • The duties of this job allow for partial remote work as determined by the supervisor for some parts of the year.
  • Requires occasional evening and weekend work as programs and/or events require.
  • This position is responsible for driving University-owned vehicles as a routine function, therefore a valid Driver's License and a good driving record is required.
