Paper Cup Manufacturing Machine Technician

Our client is looking for a skilled Maintenance/ Production Technician to support operations in a modern manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency .

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical cup manufacturing machines Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on manufacturing equipment Perform Tooling changes Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely repairs Conduct routine inspections to identify and prevent failures Replace worn or defective parts to maintain performance Maintain accurate maintenance and service records Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

10 plus years of Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Tech, or similar role Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Openings on 2nd and 3rd shift Stable, full-time position Clean, well-maintained manufacturing environment
