About the
Role:
We are CrowdStrike, a fast-growing security company that protects our wide range of customers from cybersecurity attacks. We're investing in program managers who are energetic, eager to learn, flexible, and capable of managing large scale, complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary focus will be two-fold: acting in a lead Program Manager role for the Office of Adversary Strategy (facilitating strategic and operational processes), and being responsible for driving the scheduling, scoping and execution of projects, working directly with other Program/Project Managers and leadership in order to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap. You'll work closely across functional teams to collaborate and ensure dependencies are well known and critical issues are identified and driven to resolution.
What You'll Do:
Plan and drive the tactical execution of project deliverables with change management considered at all phases Help team members clarify business needs and measurable project outcomes Determine and track project success metrics Communicate project progress and delivery to team members and leaders Identify areas of process improvement Reduce departmental silos to increase collaboration and productivity Implement project management best practices and operational strategies Track the status of project activities, and ensure that schedules and priorities are being met Ensure critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary Manage senior level project/program communication and status reporting Demonstrate the ability to discuss tasks with employees in a manner which gives guidance and best practices but does not dictate implementation
What You'll Need:
Must be proficient in the use of Jira (query/ticket creation, board creation and facilitation) 8+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity Seasoned team coach that manages and alleviates (instead of running from) persistent obstacles Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework methodology a plus. Experience owning a program/ portfolio of products/features, scoping requirements, planning milestones, and being an active resource for technical teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required Must enjoy consensus-driven environments where honest and open communications and collaboration are paramount Must work effectively and professionally with cross-functional groups across divisions, worldwide, as part of a team Must exhibit meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to make logical, timely decisions Excel with proactively and independently driving for results in small team environments Demonstrate self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment Be comfortable with ambiguity, and with deriving clarity from limited information and precedent, in order to devise solutions. Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Experience with/exposure to the cybersecurity domain, in particular the threat landscape of nation-state/criminal actors, their varying methods of attack, and cybersecurity responses to those attacks Experience with Project Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile Experience with business transformation and implementing new processes Experience with/exposure to data science and/or machine learning Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, others)#LI-MF1Benefits of Working at
