Job Description
WEBBY Dance Company is looking for a dedicated and efficient individual who possesses strong organizational, leadership and administrative skills to take on the roles as the Program Operations Manager for our company. Looking for someone who is available Monday
- Friday supporting the owner and the instructors but may be able to set own hours/schedule and work up to full time.
Responsibilities can include:
- Supporting the owner in managing and leading day-to-day operations with delegation to other office staff
- Owning and managing scheduling including school and staff calendars
- Managing all communication (email and phone), responding in a timely manner, answering questions and providing information to schools, families, and instructors.
- Occasionally working in the field providing support to instructors and schools.
- Provides excellent communication and customer service and support
- Perform administrative tasks such as printing, organizing, scheduling and keeping track of enrollments and class ratios to maintain state compliancy.
- Maintains and organize office files and documents
- Must be willing to learn our operating systems such as Jackrabbit Dance, Canva, Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Serve as a point of contact and liaison for instructor and leadership within our partnering schools.
- Maintain and build relationships with school directors and administrators
Qualifications :
- Previous managerial experience required
- Must have a current driver's license and a car
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Background check required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
