Real Estate Operations Coordinator Your Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
Operations & Systems Management Build, implement, maintain, and optimize systems that support operational excellence across the business Manage internal communication systems, calendars, office operations, and team workflows Create and maintain the team operations manual and documentation of all systems and standards Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and team performance Keep leadership informed of challenges while proactively presenting solutions Agent Support & Team Growth Support recruiting efforts through posting job ads, outreach, and scheduling appointments Manage and improve database integrity systems while helping hold agents accountable to activity standards Lead and coordinate onboarding processes for new agents, including in-person and virtual training Support productivity rhythms and operational systems that drive agent success Client Experience & Transaction Coordination Deliver a world-class client experience from contract to close and beyond Coordinate all aspects of listing launches, including photography, staging, signage, and MLS entry Manage timelines, deadlines, documentation, and compliance throughout the transaction process Serve as the liaison between agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, escrow companies, and vendors Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files, ensuring all obligations are completed on time Generate client reviews and referral opportunities during and after transactions Marketing & Events Help manage and maintain the team's social media and brand presence Plan and execute high-level client appreciation and referral events throughout the year Support internal recognition and team culture initiatives Financial & Administrative Oversight Collect and organize receipts and documentation for the finance team Review reporting and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses Assist with REO listing management and communication with asset managers and vendors What Makes You Successful in
This Role:

Preferred Background:
1+ years of experience in operations, administration, transaction coordination, or a similar support role Proven experience working within systems and improving operational processes Experience in real estate operations or transaction management is a plus, but not required Comfortable using office software, calendaring systems, and technology platforms Experience with MLS, Brivity, or CRM/database management is a bonus
Compensation & Schedule:
Compensation:
$55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience In-office work environment with flexibility for occasional remote work and vacation planning Occasional evening and weekend availability will be needed for events, transactions, and business demands Why Join Us?
