THE ROLE

The Senior Dual Site Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and strategic direction of two South Florida boutiques. This role oversees both locations through strong leadership, ensuring alignment to brand standards, client experience, and commercial objectives. Acting as the primary owner of both businesses, this individual will drive performance through a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on engagement, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across both teams. Primary Responsibilities Oversee the performance and operations of both Palm Beach and Miami boutiques, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards Translate company objectives into clear, actionable strategies across both locations, driving consistency and measurable results Partner closely with Commercial Head of Retail to set priorities, monitor performance, and elevate overall business outcomes Identify opportunities for growth across both stores, proactively adjusting strategies to maximize productivity and client engagement Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Store Managers, empowering them to effectively manage their teams and businesses Foster a high-performance culture across both locations through clear expectations, consistent feedback, and accountability Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent across both stores, ensuring strong team composition and succession planning Serve as a visible and engaged leader, maintaining strong presence across both locations Champion a client-first culture, ensuring exceptional and consistent service across both boutiques Actively contribute to sales through personal selling, styling, and high-level client engagement, particularly with top-tier clients Drive client development strategies, leveraging clienteling tools to grow and retain a highly personalized client base Build and maintain relationships within the local community, positioning both boutiques as key destinations Ensure operational consistency and excellence across both stores, including inventory management, cycle counts, and shrink prevention Oversee expense management and ensure both locations operate efficiently within budget Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in alignment with brand guidelines Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives Act as the primary decision-maker across both locations, balancing autonomy with alignment to company direction Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership of business performance and team effectiveness Serve as the key liaison between store teams and corporate partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

7-10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including experience managing high-performing teams and complex businesses Demonstrated ability to lead through others, developing leaders and driving performance across multiple teams Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales, client development, and business growth Highly credible, polished, and confident leader who embodies the brand and leads by example Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with the ability to operate independently while managing competing priorities Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels Passion for clienteling, styling, and delivering a best-in-class luxury experience

WHAT WE OFFER YOU
