Your New Role:
Bring your eDiscovery expertise and tech savvy to a dynamic role with a legal services vendor that provides high-level technical litigation support to law firms and corporations across the country. As their newest Senior eDiscovery Manager, you'll be an integral member of the team. You'll take on full eDiscovery project management - assessing clients' needs, establishing budgets, securing resources, responding to discovery production requests, tracking deadlines, and providing clients with ongoing support. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be capable of full cycle eDiscovery management with strong proficiency in RelativityOne and Excel. Client service skills are also essential, as you'll interface directly with clients to establish best practices and finetune their eDiscovery processes. Your ongoing responsibilities will include updating clients on project status, performing quality control checks, and ensuring security standards are met. You'll need strong writing skills and the ability to distill complex technical knowledge into simpler terms for clients. The team has a very open, direct communication style, and they appreciate adaptable colleagues who can both give and receive feedback. You'll have a hybrid schedule with just two in-office days each week.
