- Lawrenceville, NJ) We are seeking a Senior Manager, MLR Transformation & Operations for our global pharmaceutical client.
Responsibilities:
Program Optimization Support Provide day-to-day support to the MLR Transformation program in advancing MLR optimization initiatives Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and execution gaps across MLR workstreams Support the development of optimization recommendations, working sessions, and follow-up actions Help maintain documentation of current-state and future-state process improvements Operationalizing MLR Transformation Initiatives Support the operationalization of new MLR processes, tools, and workflows into daily operations Help embed tiered/risk-based review models, workflow enhancements, and AI-enabled pre-MLR quality checks into standard practice Partner with brand and functional teams to troubleshoot day-to-day adoption issues Assist in updating standard operating procedures and job aids as processes evolve Change Management Support Support execution of change management activities tied to MLR Transformation initiatives Help develop and distribute communications, training materials, and enablement content Assist in tracking stakeholder readiness and adoption across brands and functions Coordinate logistics for change management activities, including scheduling and materials preparation Program Coordination & Administrative Support Maintain day-to-day tracking of tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies across workstreams Schedule and help facilitate working sessions and stakeholder meetings, capturing notes, actions, and follow-ups Support preparation of program updates, status reports, and materials for transformation governance Assist in monitoring and compiling key performance indicators (e.g., cycle time, throughput, rework rates) Cross-Functional Support Provide coordination support across stakeholders, including Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, IT, and agency partners Help ensure timely follow-through on action items and open issues across workstreams Support resolution of day-to-day, cross-functional questions and roadblocks, escalating as neededRequirements:
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech operations, MLR, content operations, or program/project support Working knowledge of MLR review processes and regulated content environments Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced transformation program Experience supporting enterprise transformation, change management, or process optimization initiatives Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats and content lifecycle workflows Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation in regulated environments Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira) and developing status reports Prior experience in a contract or consulting capacity supporting large-scale programs Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field Please submit your resume to our network at https://www.stage4solutions.com/careers/ (please apply to the Senior Manager, MLR Transformation & Operations- Pharma (Hybrid
