Frank's Detail is a recognized leader in automotive reconditioning, committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. The company fosters a positive, team-oriented culture that values hard work, professionalism, diversity, inclusion, and personal growth. Employees have access to career development opportunities, advancement potential, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive environment where collaboration, innovation, and high performance are encouraged. The SHINE Vanguard serves as the organization's field leader and enforcer of SHINE standards, directly supervising all Detail Shop Captains and Managers to ensure consistent execution of SOPs across every location. The position acts as the primary escalation point for shop-level issues, drives accountability and corrective action, oversees Captain development, and monitors daily operations through SHINE Core to identify and resolve issues before they escalate. Working alongside Vance, the AI-powered SOP resource, the Vanguard ensures that SHINE's documented standards are not only understood but consistently executed in the field, while also leading training, go-live support, operational improvements, and the rollout of best practices across all locations.
