This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, guest satisfaction, team development, and brand consistency across all locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in hospitality, food & beverage, and multi-unit operations management. This individual will work closely with ownership and executive leadership to implement growth strategies, optimize performance, and maintain exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. Lead and supervise cross-functional teams, including operations management, project management, business development, and process improvement initiatives. Drive change management efforts by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure fiscal responsibility and resource optimization. Manage large-scale programs and projects from inception through execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Establish robust operational policies, procedures, and standards to streamline workflows and improve service delivery. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and support organizational growth objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster leadership development within the team by mentoring managers and supervising staff to build a resilient leadership pipeline. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related Hospitality field experience in a Leadership role Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to lead multi-unit hospitality operations in fast-paced environments Deep understanding of restaurant operations, boutique hotel management, guest experience, and financial performance metrics Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and operational reporting Ability to build high-performing teams and foster a positive company culture Experience implementing SOPs, operational systems, and process improvements Proficiency in hospitality management systems, POS systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel between properties as needed Extensive experience in change management with the ability to lead organizational transformation initiatives effectively. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication skills with a talent for translating strategic goals into actionable plans. Supervising experience in a senior leadership capacity is.
