About Us At Cheeky Monkeys, we believe in the power of play, learning, and celebration. Our center brings children aged 10 months to 8 years together to explore, create, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. From interactive soft play areas and arts and crafts stations to themed birthday parties and a cozy café for parents, we're all about creating positive memories for families.

Over 3,000 square feet of interactive play areas Party rooms perfect for birthdays and special celebrations A family-friendly environment where fun, learning, and safety go hand-in-hand Position Summary As a Supervisor, you'll ensure the daily operations of Cheeky Monkeys Atascocita run smoothly. You'll lead and support the team, maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and help deliver exceptional experiences to every guest. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Supervise staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure responsibilities are completed efficiently. Monitor safety in all play areas and address concerns promptly. Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and issues professionally. Assist in onboarding and training new team members, fostering a positive work culture. Support events, parties, and daily activities to ensure a memorable guest experience. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the facility. Required Skills and Qualifications 2+ year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to solve problems proactively and think on your feet. Passion for working in a child-focused, family-friendly environment.
