Entry-Level Manager Pay:
$50,000 - $60,000 Overview If you take ownership, move quickly, and want to lead, this is more than another job-it is a structured path into management. At Summit Careers, we develop leaders from within. You'll learn the business from the ground up and work toward an Operations Manager position in approximately 12 months. Advancement is based on performance, readiness, and business needs. What You'll Do Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates Manage employee performance, engagement, and retention Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs Submit qualified candidates and manage the hiring process Provide excellent service to clients and employees Support daily branch operations and help drive results This is a fast-paced, people-focused environment where urgency, accountability, communication, and attention to detail matter. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required Takes ownership and demonstrates leadership potential Works independently while remaining accountable Detail-oriented and able to operate with urgency Competitive, results-driven, and team-oriented Strong relationship-building and communication skills Coachable and able to apply feedback Motivated to earn increased responsibility Growth Path and Compensation

Recruiter:
$50,000 annually Target timeframe: Within approximately 4 months

Account Manager:
$55,000 annually Target timeframe: Within approximately 7-8 months of starting

Operations Manager:
$55,000 base salary Target timeframe: Within approximately 12 months of starting Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses, with total annual earning potential of up to approximately $65,000 Advancement is not automatic. Each promotion depends on meeting performance expectations, demonstrating readiness, and available business opportunities. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. As part of the leadership track, there may be occasions when you need to arrive earlier or stay later based on employee, client, or operational needs. Training and Development We provide hands-on training, advanced technology and AI tools, continuous coaching, measurable goals, and direct exposure to recruiting, employee management, client service, and branch operations. Team Engagement and Incentives Team activities and incentives may include: Happy hours and team outings Camping trips Community events Companywide team-building activities A yearly performance contest An international trip for qualifying top performers
