Job Summary Director of Lawn Care, Turf Care & Landscape Enhancement Southern Visions Lawn & Landscape, LLC — Anderson, South Carolina Southern Visions Lawn & Landscape, LLC is seeking an experienced, mature, and knowledgeable green-industry professional to serve as our Director of Lawn Care, Turf Care & Landscape Enhancement . This is a senior leadership position responsible for the overall technical direction, production planning, estimating, quality standards, and continued development of our Lawn Care Maintenance, Turf Care, and Landscape Enhancement service divisions. We are specifically seeking an individual who brings together two important areas of professional expertise: turfgrass management and horticulture . The successful candidate should possess a strong working knowledge of turf health and management as well as ornamental plants, shrubs, trees, pruning, plant health, soils, and landscape enhancement practices. This position will provide leadership and professional development to our existing Field Operations Manager , who will continue to be responsible for coordinating daily crews, routes, equipment, and field scheduling. The Director will focus on ensuring that our field operations are properly planned, technically sound, accurately estimated, efficiently executed, and consistently performed to Southern Visions' quality standards . A major responsibility of this position will be developing the knowledge and capabilities of our Field Operations Manager, crew leaders, technicians, and field personnel so that the company can continue to grow without sacrificing quality, organization, or customer service. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $72,500.00 per year
