Duties Supervise and support team members during every other weekend shift, ensuring high standards of service and safety Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor workflow to maximize efficiency Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to new and existing staff members Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude Maintain accurate records of shift activities, incidents, and team performance Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and uphold company policies Foster a welcoming environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and engagement being on call for every other weekend Experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges Flexibility to work every other weekend consistently and adapt to changing priorities Experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required Join us in creating an energetic atmosphere where your leadership makes a real impact!
