Interface with Head of Departments and Managers for devising and implementing HR policies Be a partner with the business, through participation in the business planning, performance and operational reviews and other activities Ensure the reliability of the payroll system, control the payroll access and guarantee data security Plan and adjusts short- and long-term manpower needs according to business evolution and according Plant budget Advise Department Managers on organization choices and staff evolution Identify needs, evaluate organization/position and modify attributes Co-ordinates and is involved in every step of the managers, technicians and supervisors ' recruitment and induction Manage training plan and training costs improvement follow up Formulates and implements the remuneration, benefits and welfare policies Source and optimize governmental subsidies on labour, environment, welfare . Ideal Candidate Profile Business school, master's degree (HR specialization) is a plus. Strong knowledge of local legislation 5-7 years in HR field (with a minimum of experience as a generalist) Good experience in all HR processes (recruitment, training, industrial relations) and in statutory compliances.
