Build Team Leadership:

Supervise and coach a team of up to 12 operators, manage schedules, performance, and training, and lead hiring and onboarding efforts.

Table:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) from an accredited educational institution. Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university preferred. Ideally, 5+ years in pipeline operations; leadership experience in pipeline industry a plus. Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record to drive company and personal vehicles to perform required tasks. Ability to obtain HAZWOPER and Operator Qualification certifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and decision-making skills. Effective communicator and team builder. Proficient in systems like Maximo, Oracle Procurement, and Enablon. Knowledge of

Physical ability to respond to emergency situations. Work indoors and outdoors at all hours in all weather conditions near refined petroleum products. Physical mobility to walk, sit, stand, reach, pull, push, and bend. Digital dexterity for operation of calculator, PC keyboard and mouse. Hearing in the normal range. Lift up to 20 pounds.
