What You'll Do As a Janitorial Account Manager, you will lead daily operations across six local school sites within a tight 10-12 minute radius . Working mid-to-second shift primarily (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM), you'll bridge operations between day and evening teams to ensure quality standards, budget targets, and client satisfaction are consistently met . Direct, mentor, and hold accountable a team of approximately 40 employees and 3 site supervisors . Serve as a key Janitorial Operations Manager, overseeing site budgets, employee timesheets, supply ordering, and scheduling . Conduct regular quality inspections alongside the Operations Manager to maintain top-tier facility standards, including oversight of basic floor care, stripping, and waxing . Build strong, professional relationships with school principals, teachers, and primary client contacts . Drive employee retention and team development in a fast-paced environment .
What You Bring To The Team Leadership Experience:
Proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role (facility service, janitorial, or hospitality management background is a plus) .
Exceptional Time Management:
Ability to organize tasks, prioritize commitments, and successfully handle multiple locations simultaneously .

Operational Knowledge:
