Position Summary TransTech is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our CDL training facility. This role is responsible for managing instructors, coordinating student training schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient site operations. You will play a key role in training future commercial drivers and supporting your team's success. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the CDL training facility Lead, coach, and support CDL Instructors and staff Schedule instructors, students, and training activities Ensure training is delivered safely and meets company and DOT standards Monitor student progress and maintain accurate training records Manage fleet equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed Provide hands-on CDL instruction and evaluations when needed Maintain a safe, professional, and productive training environment

Job Requirements:

Requirements Valid Class A CDL license Current DOT Medical Card 6+ years of commercial driving experience 5+ years of management or leadership experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Wage Range:

55000.00 - 70000.00 per year
