Your Opportunity, Your Team The Site Quality Operations Manager supports QVC and oversees quality and operations for a multi-shift, seven-day distribution site, including inventory checks, root cause analysis, and compliance with SOX and company procedures. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Florence, SC Fulfillment Center daily. What You'll Do Leads a 24/7 Quality and Operational Control team to ensure inventory accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process integrity across the site. Acts as the primary contact for auditors, finance, and inventory accounting, ensuring compliance and integrity in inventory management. Builds cross-functional connections between Commerce Platforms, Customer Logistics, and Distribution Operations, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Develops and implements quality guidelines, operational plans, and training programs to enhance inspection techniques, audit processes, and employee development. Manages staffing, budgeting, and performance evaluation, ensuring a fair, ethical, and engaged workplace aligned with QVC's values. Leads site initiatives and projects to optimize operations, drive inventory accuracy, improve customer service, and maintain a safe, secure working environment. What You'll Bring 3+ years of operations experience with a strong focus on inventory control, quality assurance, and process improvement in a distribution or logistics environment. Proven leadership skills in managing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with QVC's values.
