Project Manager / Operations Manager Looking for a Hard-Working Technician Ready to Grow Rytech Restoration of The Pee Dee is looking for a motivated, reliable, and career-driven technician who isn't afraid of hard work. If you're the type of person who wants plenty of hours, enjoys hands-on work, can respond to emergency calls, and wants an opportunity to advance in the restoration industry, we want to talk to you. This is an ideal position for someone who is energetic, eager to learn, dependable, and willing to take ownership of jobs from start to finish. What You'll Do As a Water Damage Mitigation Technician, you'll be on the front lines helping homeowners and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Key Responsibilities Respond to emergency water and fire damage calls Perform demolition of damaged building materials Extract water and set up drying equipment Monitor and document drying progress Place, move, and remove air movers, dehumidifiers, and other mitigation equipment Perform moisture inspections and readings Assist with fire, smoke, and mold remediation projects Maintain accurate job documentation using company software Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow all safety and IICRC standards What We're Looking ForRequired Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Willingness to work emergency call shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays when scheduled Ability to perform physically demanding work daily Ability to lift 75+ pounds and move equipment regularly Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and challenging environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Minimum of 3 years licensed driving history Ability to pass a background check Preferred WRT Certification (highly preferred) Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, demolition, roofing, plumbing, or related trades Experience using MICA, Mitigate, DASH, or similar restoration software Additional IICRC certifications (ASD, AMRT, FSRT) Why Rytech?
