Job Description
About The Role The Mill is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations and pre-opening development of our fitness facility in Fort Mill, SC. This person will play a critical role in taking The Mill from its current construction phase through opening and into successful day-to-day operations. The Operations Manager will serve as the primary operational point of contact for The Mill and will be responsible for keeping projects, people, vendors, administrative requirements, and operational priorities moving forward. This role requires someone who can independently identify what needs to be done, develop a plan, delegate responsibilities, follow up on completion, and communicate progress to ownership. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building something from the ground up and wants significant responsibility and ownership within a growing business.
