Overview Job Title:
Office & Operations Manager The Shutter Shop | Full-Time | On-Site About the Role The Shutter Shop is looking for a highly organized, personable Office & Operations Manager to be the backbone of our day-to-day business. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves keeping things running smoothly, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service from first contact to project completion. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails — answering promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude Manage and coordinate multiple customer projects simultaneously, tracking each job from initial inquiry through scheduling, installation, and follow-up Schedule and confirm appointments for in-home consultations and installations Maintain accurate records of orders, project timelines, customer communications, and job statuses Coordinate with installers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and scheduling Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and follow-up correspondence Keep the office organized and stocked; manage day-to-day administrative tasks Proactively communicate with customers about lead times, updates, and any changes Identify and flag scheduling conflicts, delays, or issues proactively. Support ownership and team with reporting, ordering, and operational needs as they arise What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, project coordination, or a similar role Strong phone presence — comfortable handling a high volume of calls with warmth and professionalism Excellent written communication skills for email correspondence Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in common office tools (email, scheduling software, spreadsheets); experience with CRM or job management software a plus Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of their responsibilities Background in home improvement, construction, or a trade-related industry is a plus but not required What We Offer Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Competitive pay based on experience A supportive, close-knit team environment The satisfaction of helping customers transform their homes
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
