Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Lead and support warehouse associates during your shift, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to keep operations running smoothly. Train, coach, and develop team members to meet performance goals. Address employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support daily workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Enforce company policies, processes, and safety expectations. Partner with leadership and other departments to resolve operational issues. Following:

Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred, as this role requires frequent communication with a largely Spanish-speaking workforce. Candidates must be comfortable communicating, coaching, and providing direction in both languages. Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees. Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced operation.
