Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing golf performance and simulator facility. This position will cover a maternity leave beginning August 17th, 2026, and will continue afterward, averaging up to 30+ hours per week. The Operations Manager will be responsible for membership administration, account management, facility operations, sales growth, employee supervision, and member engagement. This role is ideal for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys managing relationships, improving processes, and helping drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee all membership and account management activities, including member onboarding, renewals, upgrades, billing oversight, payment processing, retention efforts, and maintaining accurate records within CRM and booking software systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for members and prospective members by building relationships, conducting facility tours, generating membership sales, and supporting membership growth and engagement initiatives. Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring a clean, organized, fully stocked, and professional environment while maintaining an exceptional member experience. Supervise and schedule part-time Operations Associates, monitor performance and accountability, assist with training and onboarding, and foster a positive, member-focused culture. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth through memberships, events, corporate partnerships, and other revenue-generating initiatives.
