Job Description

Gregory Landscape Services is growing fast, and we're looking for someone who can help keep the wheels turning without letting them fall off. If you're organized, dependable, and able to manage both people and to-do lists with a positive attitude, you might be exactly who we need. About the Role You'll support the Operations Manager in keeping daily field operations running smoothly. You'll help coordinate crews, manage schedules, handle customer needs, and make sure our standards don't slip—because we take pride in what we put our name on. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with real responsibility and real impact. What You'll Do Assist with daily routing, scheduling, and dispatching of crews Help manage inventory, equipment, and materials Maintain communication with field teams to ensure quality and efficiency Support customer service tasks (follow-ups, updates, issue resolution) Monitor project progress and help keep jobs on schedule and within scope Contribute to hiring, training, and onboarding field employees Keep documentation, reports, and organizational systems tight and accurate Jump in wherever needed—because we're a small business and that's how things get done What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in landscaping, irrigation, and/or lawn care.
