Operation Janitorial / Night Manager

Part-Time | Evening Hours | Commercial Cleaning Company Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Manager/Inspector to oversee nightly cleaning operations and ensure buildings meet high-quality standards. This role involves inspecting facilities, supporting cleaning staff, documenting issues, and maintaining excellent communication with management. Key Responsibilities Perform nightly walkthroughs and inspections of assigned buildings Check restrooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, breakrooms, and high-touch areas Ensure floors, trash, bathrooms, dusting, and common areas meet quality standards Take photos of deficiencies and submit reports Communicate with cleaning crews about corrections needed Follow an inspection checklist and verify completion of nightly tasks Ensure alarms, doors, and lights are properly secured before leaving Respond to any issues or emergencies during the shift Train and support staff on cleaning expectations when needed Report supply needs, equipment issues, and safety concerns Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or supervision (preferred) Strong attention to detail Ability to walk and stand for long periods Reliable transportation Good communication skills Ability to work independently at night Basic smartphone skills for photos and inspection apps Shift & Schedule Monday-Friday Approx. 5:30 PM - 10:30PM Part-time hours, consistent schedule/ overtime, working late.
