Job Description
South Carolina Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Debit Card Operations Team Lead to join our team of outstanding Card Operations professionals in North Charleston, SC . Duties include but are not limited to: Achieve operational performance in alignment with Card Operations goals. This includes, but not limited to, reviewing progress, monitor productivity and recommending improvements. Supervise operational activities and work flow , direct staff, escalate problems, assess corrective steps and execute corrective action with vendors, staff and management when necessary. Research and resolve escalated member complaints and authorize corrections as needed. Evaluate processes within the department and provide recommendations for improvement or change. Coordinate Card Operations record retention practices and ensure procedures are documented and updated and area is in compliance . Assist Card Operations Manager as needed to plan, organize, train, and motivate staff and department.
