Job Description
Operations Supervisor - Manufacturing Operations Richburg, SC We are partnering with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Richburg, SC to identify an Operations Supervisor who leads with integrity, resilience, and respect for others. This role is ideal for a floor-focused leader who values teamwork, welcomes feedback, and understands that strong operations are built by developing people — not just managing numbers. This position is referred to internally as an Operations Supervisor and works directly with production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop production teams with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and accountability Foster a culture where feedback is constructive, knowledge is shared, and continuous improvement is expected Coordinate daily production schedules and priorities to meet customer and operational demands Partner with maintenance, quality, and leadership teams to solve problems and drive results Monitor production systems, analyze data, and implement corrective actions Maintain a visible presence on the floor — setting expectations through action and exampleQualifications:
Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations Comfortable working rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule, days and nights) Resilient leader who accepts constructive criticism, adapts quickly, and leads through change Someone who treats others with respect, holds teams accountable, and leads without ego Strong communicator who values collaboration and continuous learning What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on continuous improvement Demonstrated success developing employees and building strong teams Apply today to join a company that values grit, accountability, and teamwork — and invests in leaders who are ready to grow.
