Rock Hill, SC 29730 Position Summary The National Parts Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the company's parts distribution operations, with primary responsibility for the Rock Hill, SC facility and future Parts Distribution Center (PDC) operations in Austin, TX and Chino, CA. This role will oversee day-to-day parts operations while establishing consistent processes, performance standards, and operating disciplines across the company's growing PDC network and will partner closely with Parts, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and other internal teams to optimize inventory, improve service levels, strengthen supply performance, and provide responsive support to the dealer network. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with strong experience in parts distribution, inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, and multi-site operations. Key Responsibilities Multi-Site Parts Operations Oversee day-to-day parts operations across Rock Hill and future PDC locations. Support the setup and launch of new PDC facilities. Establish consistent operating standards, processes, and performance expectations across locations. Drive operational efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Inventory & Parts Planning Lead inventory planning, replenishment, and stocking strategies. Optimize inventory levels while maintaining strong parts availability. Improve fill rates, backorder performance, and overall inventory health. Monitor inventory accuracy, turns, aging, and excess inventory. Parts Supply Chain Coordinate inbound supply, replenishment, and vendor/factory support. Monitor lead times, supplier performance, and supply constraints. Partner cross-functionally to resolve supply issues and improve parts availability. Identify opportunities to improve transportation and logistics efficiency. Warehouse & ASRS Operations Oversee warehouse productivity, accuracy, utilization, and process compliance. Drive efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. Optimize ASRS utilization, inventory transfers, and system performance. Lead warehouse process improvement and productivity initiatives. Financial & Operational Performance Support PDC budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and P&L performance. Establish and monitor key operational and financial KPIs. Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions. Drive initiatives that improve service, productivity, and operating costs. Dealer Parts Support Partner with the Parts team and internal departments to strengthen dealer support. Improve responsiveness to dealer shortages, backorders, and parts-related issues. Establish effective operational follow-up and escalation processes. Identify opportunities to improve dealer service levels and parts availability. Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and develop high-performing PDC operations teams. Partner with Parts, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other functions to achieve business objectives. Communicate operational performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership. Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of progressive experience in parts distribution, warehouse operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, industrial equipment, or a related parts-intensive industry. Demonstrated experience managing distribution center or warehouse operations. Experience leading teams and managing operational performance. Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment, warehouse processes, and supply chain principles. Experience working with ERP, warehouse management, inventory management, or related systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to establish processes, KPIs, and operating standards. Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and organizational levels. Willingness and ability to travel regularly to PDC locations as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with warehouse automation, or advanced material-handling systems. Experience with P&L responsibility and operational budgeting. Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience. Experience with large-scale ERP/WMS implementations or optimization and namely

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$80,000-$100,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
