Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced On-Site Human Resources Coordinator to support a client's manufacturing facility in West Union, SC. This position will serve as the primary HR resource for employees working at the site and will partner closely with site management and the Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sound judgment, and at least 2 years' experience handling day-to-day HR responsibilities in a manufacturing or fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities Perform day-to-day Human Resources functions for assigned employees. Process payroll for employees assigned to the manufacturing site. Conduct facility tours and orientation activities for new hires. Provide employee counseling, coaching, and guidance. Track and monitor employee attendance. Administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conduct employee performance reviews as scheduled. Prepare and maintain HR reports, including: Attendance tracking KPI reports Headcount reports New hire reports Termination reports Other reports as requested Meet regularly with site management and the Human Resources team. Manage and assist with workplace injury processes and follow-up. Monitor employees on the manufacturing floor to help ensure compliance with safe work practices. Conduct employee exit interviews. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees as needed. Perform other HR-related responsibilities as assigned and defined by the client and site leadership.
On-Site Schedule Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
7:30 AM-4:00 PM Every other week: 6:00 AM start to provide coverage for third-shift operations. Must be available to work additional days or adjusted hours when business needs require. Schedule and responsibilities may change based on the operational needs of the manufacturing facility. Qualifications Previous Human Resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion. Experience with employee relations, attendance, coaching, and disciplinary processes. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with management and employees. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and spending time on the production floor. Working knowledge of payroll and HR processes preferred. #IND1
