Join C.O.R.E. as Our Next Program Director! Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? C.O.R.E. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Program Director to lead our initiatives and drive our mission forward. This is your chance to be part of a vibrant team committed to creating impactful programs and fostering positive change.Position Overview:
As the Program Director, you will report directly to the Executive Director, collaborating closely to ensure all activities align with our goals. You will develop and implement strategic plans, oversee multiple program activities, and engage with volunteers to enhance their contributions. Your innovative mindset and leadership skills will be key in achieving operational objectives and maintaining compliance with all regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement plans to target grant requirements, documenting progress and maintaining detailed work logs.Volunteer Management:
Communicate expectations and monitor volunteer contributions to ensure team success.Operational Excellence:
Contribute to strategic planning, prepare action plans, and oversee program activities to achieve our objectives.Policy Compliance:
Protect C.O.R.E.'s assets and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal compliance for our nonprofit operation.Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing C.O.R.E. programs and events, including overseeing Local Coordinators and evaluating program effectiveness.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:
2-5 years in a relevant industry with 1-3 years in management.Skills:
Strong staffing, planning, and financial strategy abilities, along with a knack for process improvement and strategic planning.Fundraising Experience:
Proven track record in developing and implementing fundraising strategies.Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively and promote C.O.R.E. beliefs in all interactions.Additional Requirements:
Background Check:
Must pass a criminal background investigation.Driving Record:
A good driving record is required.Education:
Degree Preference:
A college degree is preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and education.Other Details:
Work Schedule:
Some evenings and weekends will be required, along with travel during scheduled program times.Benefits:
