This role would be responsible for assisting in game-day setup, handling the premium seating experience, and leading fan experience package groups. We are seeking outgoing individuals with leadership skills who demonstrate responsibility looking to gain experience in the hospitality side of a professional sports organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list. Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and directing patrons throughout assigned areas of the venue during events and non-event days Prepare and maintain hospitality spaces, including setting up food and beverage stations, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all service areas meet presentation standards Monitor assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the duration of events Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating issues to supervisors as needed Comply with all applicable health, safety, and alcohol service regulations while performing duties Coordinate with event operations, catering, and facilities staff to ensure seamless service delivery before, during, and after events

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper serving techniques, food handling procedures, and sanitation practices in a high-volume venue setting Knowledge of suite-level and premium hospitality service expectations, including proper table setting, food presentation, and guest interaction protocols Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours aligned with event calendars Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
