We're hiring a Site Coordinator for a fun, flexible after school program supporting elementary students in Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, and Brandon. If you have experience in education, child development, or youth leadership, and a passion for youth development and team building, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact.
Why You'll Love Working Here:
Flexible Schedule:
Part-time afternoon hours from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday during the school year. For the summer session, you may choose part-time or full-time hours during our 12-week program, which operates Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
Preferred experience or education in early childhood development, elementary education, or related fields. Experience supervising staff is a plus. CPR certification required (training provided if needed).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Able to prioritize and work independently.
