Operations Manager — Prestige Landscape Co. (Burns, TN) Own the field. Drive the results. Grow with us. Prestige Landscape Co. is a design-build and lawn maintenance company on a serious growth path. We're looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of our day-to-day field operations — someone who runs a tight ship, holds the line, and gets people to perform at their best. This is not a sales role. This is the person who makes sure the work gets done right, on time, on budget, every single day. You are the accountability holder for the field. What you'll own All field crews and crew leaders (currently 4 teams, ~10 people) — their performance, development, and accountability Production scheduling — jobs booked and sequenced weeks ahead Fleet and equipment Safety in the field Estimate-vs-actual production numbers — hitting the margins the business is built on Day-to-day operational decisions so the owner doesn't have to make them Who you are A driver of production who holds people accountable without being told to Extremely organized, high attention to detail, able to see problems before they happen Senior and firm, but flexible where it counts Easy to communicate with and genuinely good at motivating a crew A leader who protects the mission and the standard, every day What we're looking for Experience leading field operations for a comparable or larger organization (multiple crews, 10+ people) A track record of delivering results and improving how a business runs operationally Comfortable being on-site daily — you wil see the crews out in the morning Foster teamwork and leadership within your crew while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and project deadlines. Green industry experience is a plus but not required; we'll teach the trade to the right operator Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Our core values — non-negotiable Accountability, Details Matter, Team Player, Grateful, Work Ethic, Efficiency Compensation & benefits Base salary $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience Performance bonuses tied to production (estimate-vs-actual) and KPIs you control Company vehicle for use during working hours, plus vehicle allowance Company phone Paid time off Join us as an Operations Manager to lead our talented teams in creating beautiful landscapes that inspire! Pay:
$26.59 - $32.02 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
