We are an established and growing restoration company specializing in water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents services. We are committed to delivering high-quality service, rapid response, and exceptional customer care. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Water Mitigation Manager to lead our mitigation team in the Chattanooga area.
Position Summary:
The Water Mitigation Manager is responsible for overseeing daily mitigation operations, managing field technicians, ensuring job quality and efficiency, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all water mitigation projects from start to finish Supervise, train, and support mitigation technicians and crew leads Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and company protocols Perform job site inspections to ensure quality control and safety Create and review drying plans, moisture mapping, and documentation Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation Maintain equipment readiness and inventory control Respond to emergency calls as needed (on-call rotation may be required)
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in water mitigation/restoration Previous leadership or management experience preferred IICRC certifications (WRT preferred but not required) Strong understanding of drying principles and equipment usage Experience with industry software (e.g., Xactimate, Encircle, or similar) Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
