Regional Operations Director

Overview As a nationwide janitorial and facility services company, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Director to lead our operations across several locations in states such as TN, IN, MO, KY, AL, and FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in janitorial operations management and strategic planning, with a proven track record of driving business growth and process improvement. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing regional performance, fostering team development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position will be based out of Chattanooga, TN at our corporate office location. The ideal candidate will be open to regional travel that can consist of overnights and weekends, as needed. Salary for this position is $85,000 a year, with a potential bonus after 12 months of successful employment and satisfaction of your role. Responsibilities Lead and manage regional operations to achieve business objectives and enhance overall performance. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, ensuring effective execution across all locations. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and clients to optimize resources and maximize profitability. Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services and products while maintaining quality standards. Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth within the region. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership and mentorship to regional teams, promoting professional development and high performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on key initiatives. Experience Extensive experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of business processes and best practices. Proven track record in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead complex initiatives from conception through execution. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles, showcasing effective management of diverse teams. Experience in business development, with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Exceptional negotiation skills, capable of securing favorable terms while building lasting relationships.
