Position Overview The Executive Director serves as the chief executive of Hope Center and is responsible for the organization's overall administration, strategic direction, financial health, and public presence. This role works closely with the Board of Directors to advance the mission, strengthen sustainability, and lead staff with clarity and integrity. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors. Leadership & Board Partnership Lead the organization in alignment with Hope Center's mission, vision, and Statement of Faith Partner closely with the Board of Directors to support governance, strategy, and accountability Provide timely, accurate reporting on agency operations, needs, and opportunities Conduct regular Board meetings and relevant committee meetings Financial Oversight & Fundraising Develop and manage the annual budget and ensure fiscal integrity Provide monthly and annual financial reports to the Board Lead and participate in fundraising efforts, donor development, and community partnerships Ensure adequate resources to sustain and grow Hope Center's programs Strategy, Mission & Community Presence Guide strategic planning to ensure long-term mission effectiveness Serve as the primary spokesperson for Hope Center to donors, churches, media, and the public Strengthen community relationships with churches, pregnancy resource centers, and partner organizations Increase organizational visibility and trust throughout the region Organizational Operations & Staff Leadership Oversee daily operations of the agency Hire, train, supervise, and retain qualified staff Foster a healthy, Christ-centered staff culture Ensure compliance with all state regulations, including required reporting to the Tennessee Department of Children's Services Review and approve contracts and agreements on behalf of the organization
