Position Overview Gruening Health and Wealth is seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven, and solution-oriented Partner Experience & Operations Manager to help oversee and elevate the operational and partner experience side of GHW Partners. This role serves as a key operational leader within the GHW Partners division, acting as the bridge between partner relationships and day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate will help create a high-touch, concierge-style experience for agency partners while ensuring operational workflows, contracting processes, and communication systems run efficiently and consistently. This individual will play a critical role in supporting agency onboarding, overseeing contracting workflows, improving internal systems and processes, managing communication touchpoints, and helping maintain the premium level of service GHW Partners is known for. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in communication, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where ownership, responsiveness, and problem-solving are essential. Key Responsibilities Partner Experience & Relationship Management Help oversee and manage the day-to-day partner experience for GHW Partners agency owners Serve as a primary operational and communication contact for agency partners throughout onboarding and ongoing support Help deliver a high-touch, concierge-style support experience through proactive communication and responsiveness Respond to partner questions, operational requests, and contracting-related needs with professionalism and urgency Support relationship continuity by helping ensure agency partners feel informed, supported, and connected throughout the process Assist in maintaining strong communication systems and follow-up standards within the CRM and partner concierge process Contracting & Operational Oversight Oversee the contracting workflow to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely movement to RTS (Ready to Submit) status Support and oversee the Contracting Specialist in daily workflow execution and operational priorities Monitor submissions, contracting progress, and operational timelines to ensure efficiency and accountability Troubleshoot and resolve contracting or operational challenges independently and proactively Assist in managing carrier levels, onboarding requirements, and operational coordination related to agency contracting Maintain operational organization and accuracy across systems, tracking tools, and CRM platforms Process Improvement & Systems Management Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, communication flow, turnaround times, and service quality Help develop and refine scalable workflows and operational processes as GHW Partners continues to grow Maintain and optimize CRM workflows, communication tracking, and operational systems Assist in creating consistency and accountability across operational touchpoints and partner communications Support operational reporting, tracking, and organization for leadership Team & Leadership Support Act as a strategic operational support partner to the Director of Business Development Help create operational structure and continuity across the GHW Partners experience Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure a seamless onboarding and support process Maintain professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage relationships while maintaining operational structure and accountability Comfortable and confident handling phone conversations, follow-up, and issue resolution Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple moving parts Ability to work independently with minimal supervision CRM experience preferred Experience in operations, contracting, insurance, account management, partner support, or administrative leadership preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational systems/tools preferred Ideal Candidate Traits Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative Relationship-driven with a service-first mindset Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Highly organized and process-minded while remaining adaptable Strong communicator with professionalism and confidence Able to balance operational execution with relationship management Motivated by improving efficiency, communication, and overall partner experience Team-oriented while capable of operating independently Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Pay:
