Director of Operations

Our client, located in Franklin, TN. Is seeking a direct hire Director of Operations to join their growing team. The Director of Operations will serve as a key leader responsible for developing and scaling the operational infrastructure of a growing wealth management firm.

Duties:

Provide strategic leadership to build and scale operational infrastructure Optimize workflows, processes, and systems to support firm growth Drive efficiency and consistency across day-to-day operations Partner with leadership on business strategy and execution Implement scalable processes to support client service delivery Oversee operational performance, reporting, and continuous improvement Identify and resolve operational gaps and inefficiencies Support a high-growth, evolving wealth management environment

Requirements:

Financial services, wealth management, industry experience required 5+ years in an operations leadership position 3+ years experience in people leadership and management KPI tracking and business performance analysis Series 65 license highly preferred (if not already obtained, willing to get it within 30 days of starting)

Pay:

$110-$125k salary Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
